There are a number of factors that determine the cost of an irrigation system in Calgary, Alberta, including the number of zones, property terrain, and plumbing work to be done. The number of zones is determined by the total area to be covered and the property layout.
When we quote a job, we provide a detailed estimate of parts, their cost, and labour. While not all cases are the same, the typical cost ends up being between $900–$1200 per zone, and $900 for the water hookup. Most city lots need 4–8 zones for full coverage of lawn and garden beds, front and back yard.
Our average cost for a system last season (2025) was $5,600 CAD.
During the summer, our specialty and focus are the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems. We also offer landscape lighting in addition to or as a separate service. The wiring for landscape lighting can easily be installed along with irrigation pipes or as a separate service.

We install our pipe with a vibrating plow that is minimally invasive to sod. Sod is carefully cut out at the locations of sprinkler heads & pipe connections and replaced afterward.
